Third Countries must be ACP States or in a country or territory authorised by the ACP–EC Partnership Agreement under which the contract is financed. 1) Economic and financial capacity of candidate (based on item 3 of the application form). "1. La costruzione, il miglioramento e la ricostruzione delle opere idrauliche e delle loro strutture (per l'inondazione, le acque interne, la sostituzione dell'acqua) 2. Le operazioni per assicurare delle buone condizioni di flusso idraulico 3. La formazione e il ripristino degli ambienti acquatici con particolare attenzione alla flora e fauna 4. La costruzione, lo sviluppo e la ricostruzione degli impianti che assicurano il ritiro idrico regionale, la sostituzione dell'acqua, l'immagazzinamento e la condotta dell'acqua. 5. L'acquisto degli strumenti per ottenere e sostenere le condizioni previste dalla Direttiva Quadro sulle Acque (ad es.: taglia bambò, pompe, escavatore idraulico, macchine manutenzione falciatura canale, fortificazioni sommergibili) 6. Il monitoraggio delle realizzazione degli obiettivi legati al progetto, la costruzioni di luoghi dedicati alla misurazione, l'acquisto degli strumenti per la misurazione, e la loro installazione (quest’ultima attività da sola non è finanziabile) 7. Lo sviluppo infrastrutturale relativo agli obiettivi del progetto (ad es.: lo sviluppo delle tecnologie della trasmissione delle notizie, il rinnovo delle strade circostanti, dei rivestimenti, il rinnovo e lo sviluppo dei pontili dedicati alla gestione delle acque, la conservazione e le attività di sviluppo stanze per il monitoraggio delle tubature, la sostituzione delle tubature già esistenti ecc.) Relativamente agli obiettivi del progetto, la demolizione degli impianti o la ricostruzione dei territori (quest’ultima attività da sola non è finanziabile) 9.
